Planned water shut-off in Plumstead on Monday 9 November
Woodgate Road, 09:00 to 19:30, for four tie-ins that commission a new water main.
The City of Cape Town has published a planned maintenance notice for Woodgate Road, Plumstead (ward 63). Water will be shut off on Monday 9 November 2026 from 09:00 to 19:30 so that crews can complete four tie-ins for a new water main.
If you are in the affected area, fill a few containers the night before and keep taps closed during the outage so that nothing overflows when supply returns. Our planned-work reminder goes out at 18:00 the evening before.
